Diversification Is Critical To Investment Success; As Is Making An Educated Purchase

Yes, diversification is key, but sometimes it is important to have a concentrated position, too.

Although we don't want to give a specific stock, think about it like this: If a stock has the following characteristics in this type of market environment: 1) a low P/E ratio 2) a healthy dividend rate 3) stable and strong earnings 4) a strong brand 5) a leader in its respective industry Then you might want to consider buying it.

Right now there are some incredibly low priced and fairly valued financial services sector stocks, as well as banking sector stocks. But be careful, sometimes it's wise to diversify an individual stock holding with a nice ETF, or a few ETF's to offset the systemic risk.

Have a good night. The Wealth Management Team Of WallStreeti.com, LLC
